Boon-Chapman is a distinguished full service health benefits company headquartered in Austin, Texas. We have operated as a third party administrator and health insurance agency since 1961, making us the oldest Texas-domiciled third party administrator. T.J. Chapman, the founder and CEO from 1961 to 1998, and his son Kevin, the current President and CEO, own the Company.

We have many years of experience in arranging cost-effective and innovative employee benefit programs. Throughout our history, we have been a leader in identifying health benefit needs and developing solutions for those needs. From one employee and one client on July 1, 1961, we have evolved into an integrated network of employee benefit services. We provide administrative services to many insurance companies and over 700 clients. We are insured and bonded for the benefit and protection of our clients, and licensed in all states that require licensing of third party administrators.
