Texas-domiciled third party administrator. T.J. Chapman, the
founder and CEO from 1961 to 1998, and his son Kevin, the current
President and CEO, own the Company.

and innovative employee benefit programs. Throughout our history,
we have been a leader in identifying health benefit needs
and developing solutions for those needs. From one employee
and one client on July 1, 1961, we have evolved into an integrated
network of employee benefit services. We provide administrative
