for our employer and insurance company clients. This includes
billing, collecting, accounting and premium remittance. Monthly
billing statements and eligibility listings can be maintained
on a location or departmental basis to support our clients'
reporting needs.
We support a variety of banking arrangements. Some clients
prefer to maintain a zero balance claims account to maximize
the flexibility of their cash management. Others prefer to
make a monthly contribution of employer funds to a claims
account.
Enrollment of all covered individuals and dependents is maintained
within the system by our group administration staff. Individual
and group billing statements can be itemized for each line
of coverage. Our system tracks any change in coverage type
and interfaces with claim processing. Some of our clients
mail or fax eligibility changes to us for processing. Others
utilize the Employer Portal of our web site to send us eligibility
changes. Still others prefer to maintain their own eligibility.
For these clients, we provide secure system access via the
Internet. |
